PAPERS FROM THE "ROME AND RELIGION" PANEL AT THE 2008 SBL MEETING IN BOSTON
SAMR was one of the co-sponsors of a panel entitled "Rome and Religion: A Cross-Disciplinary Dialogue" at the 2008 meeting of the Society of Biblical Literature in Boston. This panel was also sponsored by the SBL sections on the Archaeology of Religion in the Roman World, Greco-Roman Religions, and Art and Religions of Antiquity. The 2008 SBL panel will be followed by a subsequent session this summer at the International SBL in Rome, and a concluding session next year at the SBL in New Orleans.
